Rent a bike by yourself, with your partner, or bring the whole family for a day of adventures exploring. There are miles of the O & W Railbed, dirt roads, and paved state roads to travel on. We get you set up inside the old Lakewood Railroad Station across the street from the Lakewood Lodge. While inside you can imagine how years ago the train pulled up alongside the building and blew its whistle. Here we pair you up with a bike and helmet that fits you best. You’re given a map of the area to help you navigate and plan your trip to the fullest. Along the many trails and roadways you may see different wildlife. Whitetail deer, squirrels, groundhogs, turkeys, rabbits, many different birds including bald eagles are very common to see in your travels.
